设备简介

zdc系列槽式打浆机，是一种以定刀距操作叩解纤维的间歇设备，用于制浆造纸企业对蒸煮粗浆及细浆的洗涤、打浆。

本设备是卧式环形浆池，为双沟槽钢筋混凝土结构，窄沟为回流，宽沟安装有飞刀辊，刀辊后有一山形部，利用飞刀辊回转的离心力，把浆料抛射过山形部，获得位能达到浆料的循环。

本设备由主电机通过三角皮带轮带动装于浆池内的飞刀辊，底刀装于飞刀辊的下部固定于浆池内。飞刀辊可根据打浆的要求由手轮通过涡杆、涡轮、丝杆调节于底刀的间隙，底刀前面有一沉沙沟以供清除重杂质。

本设备有两组洗鼓装置，以供浆料洗涤之用，洗鼓的传动和升降装置由飞刀辊轴端通过带动，由离合器操作手柄控制。

本机配有放浆阀及放污阀。

the main electrical engineering passes the triangular leather wheel to arouse the flying knife roll inside the syrup pond, the bottom knife is installed under the flying knife roll and fixed inside the syrup pond .fly the knife roll can according the request pass the rubine weld、the silk weld to regulate the cleft of the bottom knife, front of the bottom knife a sand ditch can clear the heavy impurity.

it has two suits washing drum e .the clutch handle can control the transfer and rise-fall of washing drum.

this machine establishes a set ofdump valveand wastewater.
